We do not accept returns or exchanges of any merchandise unless it is defective, based on the sale of the merchandise as a private product, and for health and hygiene reasons. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any product that has been opened (i.e., the seal has been broken) and/or has come into contact with any body part or fluid. All intimate products will be considered used immediately after leaving the warehouse and cannot be sold again.
Return of Defective Items:
If the product is defective and still under warranty (all defects must be notified within the first 30 days of receipt of the product), please email at email@example.com or use our contact form for assistance.
Please note that Kufire may troubleshoot before defining a product as defective. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your inquiry.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 12-24 hours of purchase to cancel your order.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. You can reject the package upon delivery or mark it as “returned to sender” and send it to our warehouse through your local drop-off facility. Before refund, we will confirm that the returned package is unused/unopened and then email you the address we have on file. If you choose to re-ship after the rejection of the shipment, we will charge you an additional shipping cost.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment to obtain a return authorization number for us to provide you. We are happy to offer an equivalent product exchange for items that do not pose a potential health risk.
Delayed or Missed Refunds (If Applicable)
Although we will process your refund as quickly as possible, the credit card billing cycle may cause significant delays in the amount shown on your statement. In most cases, the refund will appear on your following statement or a subsequent statement. If your refund has not appeared by the second statement date, you should check your credit card statement or bank account carefully. If your refund does not appear, we will ask you to contact your credit card customer service for further investigation.
